The Doing My Best Journal is HERE! This is the first in a series of journals that I hope to create so that everyone has a journaling tool that suits them.
Journaling is a practice that has saved me again and again. In times of transition, letting the words and feelings flow from my hand to the page gave me space to see and understand myself. It gave me a way out. A journal is a wonderful gift to give yourself and to others.
